You are in Dubai, Jeddah, London or Toronto. The house is in Lahore, Gujranwala or Multan, and somebody there is asking you what cable to send money for. This page is about doing that without being in the country.

What we do often is take an order from someone living overseas and deliver the cable to their site, their family or their contractor in Pakistan. The buyer is abroad; the cable never leaves the country.
You do not need to know the cable size. Tell us what is being wired and how big it is — a 10 marla house, a 5 kW solar system, a tube well 60 metres from the meter. We size it and tell you what it costs.
Cable is mostly copper and the copper rate moves daily, so we quote on the day rather than publish a figure that goes stale. You get a price per metre and per coil for the exact size and length.
Give us the delivery address and the name and number of whoever will take delivery — a parent, a brother, the site contractor or the electrician. They sign for it. Punjab is 1–2 working days from our Lahore factory, the rest of Pakistan 2–4.
Every coil carries a QR code. Whoever receives it scans the code and the factory record for that batch opens on their phone. Ask for that screenshot and a photo of the label on the coil.
This is the part that worries people buying from abroad, and it is the reason the QR code exists. You cannot pick up the coil, feel its weight or look at the copper. Somebody else is doing that for you, and they may not know what to look for.
The code on the packaging opens the factory record for that batch and shows five things: the brand, the cable size, the batch number, the year it was made and the conductor. Ask whoever receives the delivery to send you two pictures — that screen, and the printed label on the coil itself.
Compare the batch numbers. The number on the screen and the number printed on the coil must be the same. If they are not, the coil did not come from us, and you should say so before anybody pays for it.
Be clear-eyed about what this proves. It confirms the batch record for a Pilone coil. It is not a laboratory test, and we do not pretend it is one. What it does is give somebody standing in a half-built house a check they can actually perform in ten seconds.

If your electrician in Pakistan has given a list in trade codes — 7/29, 3/29, 7/44 — send it as written. Those are the sizes as the market names them, and the strand-code chart converts them to mm².
We settle this with you directly on WhatsApp, because what works best depends on where you are and how large the order is. Message us with the order and ask — you will get a straight answer before anything is dispatched, not after.
One thing worth knowing whichever way you pay: the quote is tied to the copper rate on the day it is given. If a fortnight passes between the quote and the payment, ask us to confirm the figure again rather than assuming it held.
