Values shown for stranded single-core (class 2) construction per IEC 60228; solid single-core (class 1) conductors of the same size carry comparable current. Current capacity and voltage drop per BS 7671, installation reference method C (clipped direct), 30°C ambient, two loaded conductors, PVC insulation. Derate for conduit, bundling, and high ambient temperature.
