An oil-filled radiator draws 1500–2500 W, which is 6.8–11.4 A on Pakistan's 220 V supply, and 2.5 mm² carries 27 A clipped direct at 30°C. The point in the wall is not the part that fails on this appliance. The extension board it gets plugged into is, because the heater holds that current for hours at a time.
For an oil heater in Pakistan, run the socket point in 2.5 mm² copper on a 16 A MCB, three cores so the earth reaches the metal body: the heater draws 1500–2500 W, which is 1500 ÷ 220 = 6.8 A to 2500 ÷ 220 = 11.4 A, and 2.5 mm² is rated 27 A clipped direct at 30°C. Read the rating plate rather than the number of fins — fin count is a size, not a wattage.

Length is not the constraint here: at 11.4 A over a 12 m run, 2.5 mm² drops 18 × 11.4 × 12 ÷ 1000 = 2.46 V. Hold the installation to 3% of 220 V — 6.6 V — and give the final circuit half of it, 3.3 V, since the submain has spent the rest. 2.46 V is inside that budget. The last row is the one that catches people out — two heaters on one room circuit is 18.2 A, past a 16 A breaker before the cable has warmed up.
A common extension board is made in 0.75 mm², rated 6 A, and it drops 62 mV per amp per metre. Put a 2000 W heater on it and the lead carries 9.1 A — half as much again as it is rated for — for as long as the room is cold. Over a 5 m lead that is 62 × 9.1 × 5 ÷ 1000 = 2.82 V lost inside the lead, and those volts come out as heat in the coil nobody unwinds. The same 5 m in 1.5 mm², rated 19.5 A, loses 29 × 9.1 × 5 ÷ 1000 = 1.32 V and stays inside its rating.
