Faisalabad is supplied by Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO). Confirm any minimum FESCO sets for the service connection with its local office before you buy the length. Meter cable sizes.
Faisalabad's summers pass 40 °C, and cable loaded all day inside a hot shed runs hotter still. Cable ratings are published for 30 °C air; BS 7671 corrects a 70 °C PVC cable by 0.87 at 40 °C and 0.79 at 45 °C. A 4 mm² cable rated 36 A carries about 31 A at 40 °C and 28 A at 45 °C. Size it for your load.
Rooftop systems in Faisalabad that send power back to the grid connect through FESCO, which approves the application and fits the two-way meter. The DC string cable and the AC run to the board are part of that design. Net-metering cable guide.
